General Guidelines For Mumeneen traveling for Karbala Moalla & other Ziyarat Muqaddasa


To Remember Before Start:

1.To make 3 photocopy sets of passport and ticket. One is to be kept with self, second to be kept in your suitcase, third to be given to your relatives here

2.Always travel light, however enough clothes to be taken. Specially Mumeneen gents should have atleast 3 (Three) sets of Saya, Kurta and Ezaar. Mumenaat are strictly advised not carry bright colour or heavily embroidered or thin material Ridas. They should always wear Makno (scarf) and Full Sleeves T-Shirts or Full Sleeves Blouse and Socks.

3.Exchange amount carried in U.S. Dollar of 100 & 50 denominations notes should be of 2003 year or thereafter.

4.Original valid Varakat-ut-Tarkhish (Safai Chithi) and E-Jamaat Card to be carried without fail and must be kept handy so as to present immediately whenever asked for. Zuwwar are also cautioned that Improper and Missing Safai chithi will attract Deposit of USD 200 $.

5.Zuwwar to keep necessary items for Yemen in separate bag

6.Young ladies are strictly advised for not to take any such sort of medicines or hormones for pre-ponding or postponing their period. Mention your problem in rubaat office for their guidance.

7.No sharp items like scissors, nail cutter or pins to be kept in your shoulder air bag but to be kept in suitcase.

8.Suspension of Immigration is not required to be done even If "immigration check is required" because all places declared as places of pilgrimage in response to the efforts of Fayz-e-Husayni.

9. Advised to carry a chadder or a shawl and some warm clothes for the severe cold.

10.Carry all your patent Medicine required to be taken regularly for chronic diseases if any. They should be taken sealed and stock lasting more than the period of traveling.

11.Keep record of brief history of your health, blood group, any reaction with any kind of medicine.

12.All valuables should never be kept in suitcase but keep them in your Fayz's shoulder air bag.

13.Give your relatives itinerary of your traveling particularly Your return details. Though your return may be confirmed but under any circumstances any changes occurred it must be properly informed to them.

14.To take care of Fayz's Provision: Accept them without hesitation or objection any luggage of provision from Fayz given for your consumptions only and hand over to respective office of Rubaat according to instructions given

15.Punctuality of time in reporting at Mumbai airport and observance of the same and discipline everywhere.

16.Not to keep any photos, money, or any papers in your passports.

17.Share trollies among all zuwwar at airport

18.Must take Raza for any rituals you perform.

19.Not to carry any documents or valuables in Haram Sharif.

20.Medical services is available at all places in case of need.

21.To perform all arkaan / ziyarat farraize as directed with full devotion and always to be occupied in Ebadat.

22.To observe Muravvat of Safar i.e.in short to share with what you have with co-travellers , not to fight with them or not to speak anything ill, bad or against of anybody but on the contrary help and to respect them.

23.Do not move out on the road or go in bazaar for shopping during Namaaz times.

24.Always keep your valuables, such as cash, jewelry, camera, official exchange amount in lock and key and better avail the facility of depositing the same in 'Amanat" counter provided by Rubaat.

25.Ladies ALWAYS to wear 'Makno' and 'Full Sleeves' at all places and till return

26.Banned items are not allowed to carry.

For Yemen Zuwwar:

1.Warm Cloths, Shawl are to be kept handy to wear immediately on reaching Yemen.

2.To keep necessary items for Yemen in separate bag and items necessary in Makkah & madinah in separate bag.
